    1/3 cup

Cooking Directions:

For the Dip

In a small bowl mix together the extra virgin olive oil with salt and pepper. Add a little bit of red balsamic vinegar if desired.

For the vegetables:

Wash and clean the vegetables. Boil the Cauliflowers and the Broccoli. Cut all the veggies in thin strips or pieces.

Place the bowl with the dip sauce at the center of a plate and add the veggies all around divided by type.


Tips:

This very easy recipe well matches with the vegetables you like better.

You could also add other elements to the Pinzimonio dipping sauce or prepare different bowls with different tastes adding, instead of the vinegar, some mustard or lemon juice.
