Cooking Directions:

With the help of a knife or a cookie cutter cut in the middle of each bread slice a heart shaped hole. Carefully remove the center.

In a large skillet melt some butter and toast the slices and the remaining shaped hearts.

When one side is brown flip upside down the slices and crack two quail eggs within each hole.

cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until ready.

Carefully remove the slices with a spatula. Lay them in a dish and garnish with the shaped hearts.


Tips:

If you can\'t find quail eggs simply use one chicken egg instead. We suggest to use Texas style bread because is thicker than the regular white bread.
